About The Woods of St. Thomas Club
The Woods of St. Thomas Club is a non-profit corporation owned by the residents of The Woods of St. Thomas neighborhood. The club consists of a clubhouse, a swimming pool and tennis courts. We offer annual memberships to both residents and nonresidents in the area. We also have a LSA swim team, the Woods of St. Thomas Dolphins. The swim team is only available to Woods of St. Thomas club members. The clubhouse includes facilities for meetings and parties along with a workout room. We are separate from and independent of The Woods of St. Thomas Homeowners Association.
About The Woods of St. Thomas
The Woods of St. Thomas is a vibrant community of 280 homes in the east end of Louisville, Kentucky. With its beautiful setting and close proximity to shops, restaurants, and schools, it is an excellent choice for family living.
The neighborhood features mostly two-story, traditional-design brick homes with a few ranch-style homes. The established neighborhood has wide streets with sidewalks and beautiful, mature trees.
The neighborhood has great access to Greater Louisville by the Watterson Expressway, I-71 and Brownsboro Road. The Paddock Shops and Westport Village are located nearby offering great shopping and restaurants.
