Membership Options at the Woods of St. Thomas Club
We’re excited to introduce updated pool membership options for the Woods of St. Thomas Club following the recent merger of the club and HOA. This new structure was created to provide clarity, flexibility, and fairness—while continuing to prioritize a welcoming, well-managed experience for our residents and members.
Whether you live in the Woods of St. Thomas, reside in the Somerset neighborhood, or are joining us from outside the community, these membership options are designed to clearly outline access, household eligibility, and guest privileges so everyone knows what to expect for the summer season.
Below, you’ll find details on each membership type, including who is included, pricing (where applicable), and important policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all members.
Membership Levels

Membership includes the primary member and one spouse or significant other residing at the same address as the primary member, dependent children (age 24 and under, unmarried, and residing at home), and grandchildren under the age of 18.
Exceptions:
The Club recognizes that some households may have adult children over the age of 24 who continue to reside at home. These individuals may be included in the household membership upon verification with a valid government-issued photo ID showing the same residential address as the primary member.The Woods of St. Thomas Club is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property of members or guests. All individuals using Club facilities do so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for any losses or damages.

The Non-Resident Membership is available to individuals who do not reside within the Woods of St. Thomas.
This membership includes the primary member, one spouse or significant other residing at the same address as the primary member, and dependent children (age 24 and under, unmarried, and residing with the primary member).
A valid government-issued photo ID showing the same residential address as the primary member may be requested to confirm and validate membership.
Grandchildren are not included in the Non-Resident Membership.
Non-Resident Members may bring guests in accordance with the Club’s Guest Policy, including applicable guest limits, fees, and pass requirements.
All Non-Resident Members and their guests are subject to all Woods of St. Thomas Club rules, policies, and enforcement procedures.
The Woods of St. Thomas Club is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property of members or guests. All individuals using Club facilities do so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for any losses or damages.
There will be an early bird discount of $75 if you complete application before March 31, 2026. Membership enrollment will not start until March 1, 2026.
Membership Term & Initiation Fee
All memberships are annual and apply to a single pool season.
An initiation fee of $150 applies to Non-Resident Members who were not active members during the 2025 season. This initiation fee is required upon enrollment and helps support administrative and operational costs associated with membership onboarding.
Please note:
Annual membership must be maintained to remain in good standing.
Any lapse in Non-Resident membership will require payment of the $150 initiation fee upon re-enrollment.
Initiation fees are non-refundable.
